When you are a business and organizing either one or multiple employees, it’s important not only to them, but to you as well that you know there someone on hand and in charge of the apartment rentals you are booking. We have a reliable phone service installed and included, and you can use that in the event of an internet outage or to contact us. That way you can talk to us about any inquiries you might have that might not be specified or answered anywhere on our site that you may be dealing with at the time. We had a call just like this not too long ago, where the potential customer wanted to see how our rooms were furnished. We were happy to oblige and provide pictures of course. Coincidentally, we had gone to the furniture showroom a few months ago and had refurnished several of our rooms, so things looked brand new and in perfect condition, as well as luxurious. No detail is too small for us. As a matter of fact we have Animal Calendars and Steam train calendars that we place in all of our apartments. Where did we choose to place them? On the fridge of course! Our attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we got ourselves a new client for the long term that day! So please, ask away, we are happy to oblige.
Here at Glasgow Green Apartments we think customer service is everything, and we make a point of meeting high standards from inquiry, through to departure. We have a partnership with a top-notch commercial cleaning company that provides us with the commercial janitorial services needed to keep our apartments absolutely pristine. We also work with a proven residential foam insulation service provider for optimum energy savings. Additionally, we employ a dumpster rental service in order to be able to get rid of all the garbage in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner through the use of bin hire services. We even hire Parkade Power Washing Services for our parking lot to keep it looking brand new and pristine! Of course it goes without saying, this happens well away from the view of our customers. We want you to know that when you book with GGA we meet and greet on arrival to the property, we deliver the keys in person and show you around your property allowing you to ask any questions or voice any concerns. PCN answers calls quickly and professionally and will speed up this process.

Along with this we give you direct contact details to the proprietor/ property manager. If you lock yourself out, if you have an issue with any appliances within the property, even if you have a general enquiry we will be on hand to help and aid you in your questions and queries.

Alan was an extremely helpful and gracious host. He was responsive and made the extra effort for us during our three weeks in his Kinning Park 2 flat. Highly recommend Glasgow Green Apartments!

Me and my colleagues had a lovely stay here for a few nights. Nice modern flat, with good wifi and very comfortable lounge area. It’s very close to all amenities. We felt totally at home, and the welcome pack of haggis, red wine and other Scottish goodies was a nice touch.
